Terms & Conditions — 90ji Know Before You Use

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Under 90ji's terms and conditions, you must meet the following eligibility requirements to register on the platform or use any of its services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or another country where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You have not previously been banned from 90ji for violating its rules.
• You are allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must use your real identity. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on 90ji, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The following account terms and conditions are mandatory:

• The name, phone number, and national ID details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Never share your password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 90ji are governed by its terms and conditions. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally instant and withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• Without completed KYC, the daily withdrawal limit is BDT 5,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• 90ji reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

90ji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Separate terms and conditions apply to each bonus. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The Welcome Bonus is for new members only — applicable on the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement of typically 15x to 30x must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to winnings earned from Free Spins.
• To use a bonus code, it must be entered at the time of registration or before your first deposit.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• 90ji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

5. Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using money laundering proceeds or illegal funds for gaming.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Account Suspension & Termination

90ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

90ji strives to maintain the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following respects:

• 90ji is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party payment issues.
• If a game is interrupted due to connectivity issues, that round may be considered void.
• 90ji is not liable for any loss of a player's own account credentials.
• All disputes must first be raised through our support channel. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will proceed to mediation.
